Casitas Tempe Home Owners Association has been running strong since1973. The property is located on the south east corner of McClintoc and University. It has a unique feel in a town full of sky-rises and student housing. Members are entitled to enjoy our community amenities, including a newly renovated pool and gated park. Escape the heat and take a dip, or enjoy the outdoor barbecue.
In 2009 Casitas Tempe switched to being self managed. Karen Shofron, once a board member, took over the management role and made several noticeable changes. She continues to dedicate her time and energy towards enhancing the community and securing housing prices.
